Your friend at the beach invites you to experience our four bedroom condo – updated with new flooring in the bedrooms for a clean look and feel.
Adagio A401 is a top floor, corner unit which affords stunning views and a secluded location with lots of ambient light.
Large balcony with lounge chair, club chairs and a table with seating for four.
Spacious living area with a large sectional couch plus a swivel chair and a lounger while you enjoy the large flat screen TV.
Dining area with NEW table and seating for eight – plus three bar stools at the granite counter.
Well-stocked kitchen with high end appliances, plenty of dishware, cooking utensils and pots/pan for large family meals. Keurig and regular coffee maker. NEW r oven, cook top, microwave and refrigerator in late 2020. New stand alone ice maker for easy filling of your beach cooler!
Bedding arrangements:

– King bed in master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Features an adjoining private bath with jetted tub, double sinks and shower.
– King bed in second bedroom with adjoining bath
– TWO Queen beds in third bedroom with adjoining bath.
– King in fourth bedroom. Shares hall bathroom.

All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV’s and most have DVD’s.
Bathrooms include plenty of 100% cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap and hair dryers.
Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry soap provided. NEW Washer/Dryer in late 2019.
We offer our free app “YFAB” so you have all of your key less access information plus our favorite local restaurants and events in the palm of your hand.
Adagio has a gulf front pool that is heated in the cooler months plus a tri-level pool with 8,000 square feet of swimming fun. Hot tub is available to 16 and older. On site gym with cardio and weight equipment
We provide two free bike rentals (March to October). Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
Per HOA rules, only two cars are allowed per condo. Adagio A401 has TWO underground parking spots in A building garage.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, golf carts jet skis or RV’s. No tents are allowed on beach. Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.
