Guests pay the Owner or Management company directly. FloridaVBO does not collect any monies and or fees and does not charge the owners or managers any booking fees.
Yes. FVBO allows you to add most social media platforms URL’s including facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tripadvisor in addition to your Airbnb listing page.
Yes. We provide iCal Calendar syncing directly in your listing dashboard. You can either import or export an iCal calendar from other Vacation Rental accounts you may have such as AirBnB, VRBO etc. Simply select “edit” of your listing then select import or export your iCal feed.
Florida Law requires a vacation rental dwelling license for all short term vacation rentals. A license can be obtained through the State portal located here.
Yes. Simply add the Affiliate Booking Link URL in the first panel of your property listing and click “update at the top of your listing”. NOTE: Once updated the reservation request form will be replaced with a button that will take the user to your website or URL that was entered in the affiliate form.
Yes. You can add as many extra services as you wish directly in your listing panel. You can add a title and describe the service, add a price and offer the service at a once time fee, nightly or per guest.
Yes. Simply add the dates from and to dates and set your prices.
Yes. Supported formats are YouTube, Vimeo, SWF(flash Files) and .MOV files.
Yes. One of the benefits of Direct Booking is that you control your own Rentals and adding your own Cancellation Policy is one of them. FVBO does not enforce, dictate and or interfere in any communication between you and your guests.
No. FVBO only allows for the rentals of entire homes, condos, town-houses etc.
There is no limit on the number of images that can be uploaded for a particular property.
